Inside, the open layout and vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and large windows filled with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a tiled backsplash, and a large dining table, perfect for gathering and entertaining.

The oversized primary suite includes a king bed, full size sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the primary bathroom. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and tub combination. The second guest bedroom also features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third guest bedroom includes a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower.

The game room is a guest favorite, complete with a pool table, two stand up arcade video games, a smart TV, and additional sleeping space with twin over twin bunk beds.

Step outside to enjoy the large back deck with gorgeous views of Little Lagoon and the surrounding bayou nature. The outdoor space is built for entertaining and relaxing, featuring a tiki bar with bar chairs, a gas grill, pool lounge chairs, Adirondack deck chairs, and three outdoor table and chair sets. The private dock is equipped with boat bumpers, a lower launch platform for easy kayak access, and direct entry into Little Lagoon with kayaking access into the bayou. Two kayaks and two bikes are provided for guest use. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, paddleboarding, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting.

The beach is just an eight minute walk away, with a convenient crosswalk and traffic light for easy access. You are only four minutes walking distance to Pier 33 and eleven minutes to Bahama Bob’s Restaurant. The Hangout is just one mile away and easily accessible by bike or via the scenic running path that leads straight to the Hangout beach area.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
