The guest bedroom also offers a Queen bed, ensuring comfort for additional guests. For extra sleeping options, the living room includes a double sofa bed.

At the heart of the condo is a fully equipped kitchen, ready to inspire your culinary adventures. It comes stocked with everything you need, from dishes, glassware, and utensils to silverware, pots, pans, skillets, and a regular coffee maker.

With dock access for boats up to 38 feet and minimal clearance requirements, Cotton Bayou 3A makes exploring the waters easy and enjoyable. Dock space can be leased for a small fee, arranged at the management office upon arrival.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The unit includes complimentary parking for two vehicles, conveniently located directly under the unit.
