Located on the 3rd floor, the condo features stunning views from its open floor plan living area, creating a picturesque setting for your vacation. The Primary suite offers a cozy King bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and an en-suite bath, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating space.

The second bedroom is furnished with two Queen beds, a private bath, and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom includes two Full beds and a flat-screen TV, making it ideal for families or groups. A Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room brings the maximum occupancy of the unit to 12 guests.

For evenings spent indoors, the living room provides a flat-screen TV and ample entertainment options. Free wireless internet ensures you can stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen, along with a convenient wet bar, offers everything you need to prepare meals and drinks with ease. Whether you're a fishing enthusiast or someone who simply wishes to bask in the sun on a pristine beach, Dolphin Harbor is your ideal destination. Dolphin Harbor's property amenities are tailored to enhance your vacation experience. Engage in a friendly game of tennis on the tennis court, or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool. The fishing pier is perfect for those who love to cast a line or enjoy the deeded beach access across the street through the sister building, Dolphin Key. If bringing a boat, you will need to make arrangements for launching and trailer parking off-site. Boat trailers are not allowed anywhere on the premises of the complex. The boat slips are first come, first serve. Just place the placard that is located in the unit in an open slip to reserve your spot. Boats can be parked in a slip for a maximum of 14 days at a time.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Dolphin Harbor. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to your arrival.
