Two additional well-appointed bedrooms offer ample sleeping arrangements for your guests. The second bedroom features another luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a soothing jetted tub. Meanwhile, the third guest room offers two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

  We had a few cleanliness issues mostly with the 3rd bedroom/bathroom. There was trash (paper airplanes and other trash) between the bed and the wall. In the bathroom there were urine stains on the outside of the toilet, child handprints on the shower glass, and a contact on the floor. Made us wonder if it had been cleaned. In the kitchen there were food particles on the outside of the Keurig. Also noticed stains on the living room couch. It wouldn't hurt if the cleaning crew could wash the light fixtures over the bar now and then--they were extremely dusty.The cleaning fee was $$$ so we expected better. We really like the location and the balcony was awesome.

  We specifically chose this property due to the fact that it had a private hot tub on the balcony. On the morning of our arrival, we were notified that the hot tub needed a part and was not working. I later learned (in other reviews) this has been an ongoing issue since June. We were charged for an amenity that was not provided and it seems this is common practice for this company. The sofa was dirty and the electrical panel was missing from the front of one of the whirlpool bath tubs.

  Condo is very spacious and beautiful. There are plenty of chairs to use on the beach. Only issue was being informed on our way there that the hot tub was broken and there was no ETA as to when it would be fixed. Otherwise would highly recommend.

  We had a great stay and the condo was beautiful and in a great location. However, there were a couple of problems. The hot tub did not work. It was an amenity that we looked forward to and one reason for choosing the property. Private hot tub. And the kitchen sink was leaking and my husband has to repair it. Other than that. It was great.
