The attached Primary bath boasts a large tiled walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience after a day of fun in the sun.

The guest room offers additional sleeping space with a Queen and Twin-sized bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or children. This room also features a flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone can relax and unwind in comfort.

Both pools come with clubhouses for added convenience and leisure. Relax in the soothing hot tub or engage in some friendly competition on our tennis courts. For wellness enthusiasts, our sauna and fitness room offer the perfect facilities to maintain your health and fitness regime, even on vacation. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the boat launch and the first-come, first-serve boat docks, making Shipwatch an ideal choice for those who want to explore the waters. The marina adds to the charm, offering a picturesque setting and additional water activities. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, enjoy a tennis match, or set sail from the marina, Shipwatch provides a diverse range of amenities to suit all tastes.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in December, January, and February. Call our reservations team to get a quote on these rates.

  I called liquid life with a concern/issue - they actually hung-up - I called again to speak to a manager, he would not connect me with a manager and hung-up again - We will not be using liquid life again - I would recommend the owner to seek another property management company

    Thank you for your feedback on your stay. We are so sorry that your vacation did not live up to your expectations. We pride ourselves in giving guests the beach vacation that they dream of when they visit us on the Gulf Coast. Our team did do their best to work with guests in the best way possible. With that being said, our team did reach out to let you know that a maintenance tech would be visiting your condo to access a pipe with an emergency leak in the closet. Our team only hung up on you after you repeatedly called and yelled at our team about someone entering your condo. We are sorry that you felt that you had a bad experience, but after trying to take the time to communicate with you about the situation with your condo, there wasn't much else we could do. We do hope that you enjoyed your condo and your beach vacation.
