The Primary suite in this condo is a luxurious retreat featuring a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tile shower, and dual vanity. Each of the guest bedrooms is equally lavish, with the second bedroom offering a King bed and private bath, while the third bedroom presents two cozy Full-sized beds, each with their own private bath. For entertainment, large flat-screen TVs are available in both guest bedrooms.

The living area is a Primarypiece of comfort with its tile flooring, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, a large flat-screen TV, and a sofa sleeper, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The condo also comes with wireless internet access, ensuring you stay connected with the world or work, if necessary.

The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

  I would recommend the Phoenix West to anyone who wanted a place to stay, but I would not recommend renting Unit 1804. The unit was not clean, we had to by a Swiffer Wet Jet to mop the floors as they were turning the bottoms of our feet and socks black. Found peanuts and straws in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom connected to the single queen bedroom the shower/tub wouldn't drain while taking a shower so your standing in dirty water. Also, when you turn on the water it runs out of both the bath tub faucet and the shower. Other things were broke in the unit that needs to be fixed as well.

  I booked this condo last minute after the one I had booked had been sold. The location of this condo was excellent. The access to the beach was perfect. The pool was fun but crowded (we went during a busy time of year). When it came to the condo itself we felt a little short changed. It wasn't the cleanest to start off. We found several discarded items from previous guests throughout. We had to request sheets for the pull out sofa bed. The furniture needs replaced badly it's definitely seen better days. The furniture on the balcony was ok but the lounge chair was falling apart. One of the showers didn't drain properly and water was standing by the time we were done showering. The blinds were broken and would not close leaving the people sleeping on the sofa bed waking up with the sunrise unintentionally. The size of the condo was great for the 11 people we had with us. I would stay at this building again but not in this particular condo unless it gets a little bit of tlc.

  Very disappointed with the condo considering what we paid. The carpet in the bedrooms was filthy. The blinds in the living room were broken. The washing machine sounded like it was about to go at any moment. Called rental company and they sent someone out and he said they would swap it out, but never did. Condo was not very clean. Mold and mildew in showers. Great location, but condition of condo was disappointing. Would never stay in that condo again.
