The attached private bath offers luxury and convenience, with a large walk-in shower providing a refreshing escape after a day at the beach.

The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed and a 42-inch flat-screen TV, providing a cozy and inviting space for guests or family members. The bunk room is perfect for children or additional guests, with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a 34-inch flat-screen TV to keep everyone entertained.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need for your culinary creations. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Well maintained condo. Management responded very quickly and great communication. Comfy master with great sunrise views from balcony. Only downfall was only 2 elevators, would be really slow during peak season. Pool area needs a bit of updating. Great location to local shops and restaurants.

  The condo itself was nice and clean and even had a vacuum for us to use which is a first. It had plenty of kitchen items and filtered water in the fridge. They had toys and floating devices for the kids. All of the TV's were good and you could hook up to Netflix or Disney or whatever you normally watch at home. Parking was fine we never had a problem finding a place to park. However, the rest of the property isn't very well maintained. I thought the pool areas were not inviting. Everything seemed like it needed to be cleaned and maintained better especially the elevators. At least one if not both of only two elevators malfunctioned daily. Luckily some handy guests took the lead and repositioned the elevator doors by hefting them back up onto the track. I walked up to the 18th floor a couple of times before we figured out how to fix them ourselves. Which was not a very safe feeling. The only people I knew to call about it was Liquid Life and they said they would let the proper people know. I never saw anyone there to fix the elevators.

  The condo was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean, well appointed, with an excellent view of the beach. The location is convenient for shopping and there is a large variety of places to eat or stores from which to buy groceries if you prefer to eat in. Building only has 2 elevators, so there was often a wait for a crowded elevator ride up or down, but onsite staff would sometimes run the elevator to help alleviate congestion. Overall it was a good place to stay and I would stay here again.

  We really enjoyed staying in the condo. It’s nice and up to date. Plenty of room! It’s very convenient that there’s a restaurant right by on the beach. And on-site vending machine for large bags of ice is convenient too!
