The attached private bath offers convenience and luxury, with modern fixtures and ample space to refresh after a day of beach activities.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy retreat for guests or family members. The bunk room is perfect for children or additional guests, with twin bunks and a flat-screen TV to keep everyone entertained.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need for your culinary creations. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  My baby's feet were black from crawling around on the floor while we unloaded. I sent a message immediately to the number and let them know. They said they would send someone out to reclean. That never happened the whole time we were there. We finally ended up mopping it ourselves since no one came and it was so filthy. The carpets were disgusting and stained and dirty. I let them know that as well. The coffee table was wobbly and about to fall apart. The kitchen table was also. I messaged about those and they said they would let maintenance know. I finally ended up fixing the table myself so we could sit at it. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean or dry.
  The location was good and the view was great but I would definitely recommend them getting a new cleaning service because the floors were so gross.

  The condo was clean, adequate for our family, and had a nice view of the shoreline. Liquid Life representatives were very responsive. But also no issues either. The third bedroom is tiny, and the bunk beds would not be comfortable for an older teens or family member - our younger kids were OK with the space.(who cares about bedrooms with a beach close by. I also read comments about the elevators. I didn't think it was that big of a issue. Yes - at times there were waits but only during a influx of vacationers. Otherwise, we came and went pretty easily on the 17th floor.
