  1)THE LOUD CONSTRUCTION NOISE! MON.-FRI. Between 8:30-5!!If you love eating breakfast,watching T.V.,sleeping/napping,talking on the phone,or having conversations to the sounds of jackhammers,drilling,saws and hammers,then you'll love this place! And! You'll hear it on the beach too! The refrigerator doesn't seal well.(Your food could spoil if you don't push it in with a good bit of force.) 3)The balcony sliding door does not lock.(This can be dangerous if you have small children) 4)The front door has 3 (penny size) open holes in it from a previous lock that no one bothered to fix;therefore,anyone could just peak into the condo.Creepy! 5) Only 4 washcloths and 4 towels are provided; however, the listing mentions it holds up to 10 people (we had 7 which they knew),we asked for more towels;however,they told us they would not be able to because there's a shortage on them. Are you kidding!? We paid almost 5k and they couldn't accommodate for)this? 6)No potholders! We had to use the ONLY kitchen hand towel as a potholder.Ouch! I have videos of the herendous construction noises along with problematic and rundown issues in the unit.I booked this condo Feb. 2022. I called two weeks before our ONE AND ONLY family trip to ask if construction was going on and it was sadly confirmed. We were sent an email 3 weeks before our trip informing us of the construction that was due to Hurricane Sally that happened in 2020. The email states the company was informed of the construction back in April and yet we weren't informed of this until May (the month we were going).Now it's too late for us to book somewhere else! Why the association at Pelican P.would allow construction to start during the busiest time of the year is beyond me! And to still charge the ridiculous rates!! Our only trip of the year and this is what our hard earned money got us. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else!!
