CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Owner has installed timers on the thermostat that cannot be changed. The AC is set to turn off in the middle of the night. Seriously hot and uncomfortable. Maintenance was called and couldn’t override. Only the owner has the code. It’s a beautiful place that could have been a wonderful vacation rental but the heat was ridiculous. Poor judgment on the owners part to try to save a few $

  Condo was clean, the view spectacular and the location was great. For being a rental, the condo was in well working order and very clean. Some items showed a bit of wear but you had to be looking for it to really notice. The fobs hanging by the front door were a mystery at first to what they were to be used for exactly. I believe the instructions stated they were for the activities but it was also to gain access to the gate going to the boardwalk and beach. A bit more details for us newbies would be helpful. The only real thing that stuck out as negative was the parking. Handicap parking was pretty much nonexistent. Would definitely stay here again though.

  Reported several times air conditioning not working and problem could not be resolved. Fire alarms in bedroom continue to go off. Patio furniture needs some attention. Portion of patio under construction tile work not complete and all materials left on patio. Blinds not functioning.

  This was an amazing condo for our family. The condo was extremely spacious and clean. The condo had some minor furniture repairs that need to be done but overall it was a fantastic experience. Any repair issues from maintenance were promptly taken care of for us. The view was gorgeous and the proximity to the beach was exactly what we were wanting for our family. We went in off season so it might be a little tight with parking in the high season but was fine for us this trip. We would certainly booked this condo again!
