CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

  Turquoise Place is really wonderful. One of the few (if only) places with your own private hot tub and gas grill on the balcony. We have stayed at TP before and love it. This year there were a couple of shortcomings we experienced in this unit. First, the hot tub didn’t work. We were notified on Thursday afternoon before our Saturday arrival of the potential issue and that a part was ordered but there was no ETA. We were hoping it would be resolved during our stay, but it wasn’t. The balcony hot tub and grill are 2 of the main reasons we choose TP. When we inquired about an adjustment for no hot tub, we were told that the working amenities are not guaranteed and there would be no adjustment. This position is ridiculous since you pay a premium for these amenities. Secondly, the gas grill wouldn’t light, so I took out the grates to see what was wrong. This grill has to be the original grill from 2009. Honestly it should be replaced. It works, but takes tinkering to get it to light because the burner tubes are completely corroded. There were other things indicative of a unit rented a lot and not maintained to the standard we experienced in the past @ TP & expect at this price point (leaky shower when jets used, scuffs, worn carpet, worn out kitchen pots/pans, etc.). Long and short of it is we still love Turquoise Place, but will be more selective of the unit we choose and the property manager we go thru. Just as Liquid Life cannot guarantee things work and will not make an adjustment, I can guarantee we won’t rent from them again. We were disappointed with their lack of customer service response. Had I read all the reviews I would have noticed that the hot tub breaks down a lot. Why not replace it?

  We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Turquoise Place. The place was nice and clean. Our biggest challenge was that we sought out a place with a hot tub but ours was broken and could not be fixed during our stay. That was frustrating and no attempts were made by the owner to rectify the situation.
