Step into the Primary suite and discover your own private retreat, complete with a luxurious King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a beautifully appointed private bath featuring a tile walk-in shower. Enjoy direct access to the spacious balcony from the Primary suite, where you can savor morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the stunning views.

The second bedroom boasts another cozy King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beachfront fun. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides ample sleeping space with two comfortable Queen beds and its own flat-screen TV, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members.

Gather in the open and inviting living area, adorned with tile floors and stylish furnishings, including a flat-screen TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a convenient Keurig coffee maker, and even a countertop ice machine for keeping your drinks cool on hot summer days.

Stay connected with complimentary wireless internet access throughout the condo, and take advantage of the sofa-sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements if needed. The complex also features stainless steel grills by the beach, perfect for beachside barbecues and gatherings. Challenge friends or family to a friendly game on our tennis court, adding an active twist to your beach vacation. For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site at Windward Pointe. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. Call our reservations team to get a quote on these rates.

  7 Ladies had a wonderful 3 nights at this beautiful Condo! It is decorated so cute. Everything is new and fresh! Plenty of seating for meals and living area has a great sectional! The master bed was super comfy! The development is not too crowded and is centrally located! Would definitely stay here again!!

  Windward Pointe 705 was a newly renovated and beautiful condo. The kitchen had the best pots and accessories of any condo I’ve ever stayed in. They even have a sonic ice machine!! The beds are comfortable and the balcony is huge! GREAT experience and highly recommend!!

  I don’t think we have stayed in a cleaner condo in Orange Beach. It’s an older building but the condo itself has been recently redone. Fresh paint and furniture. Bed in master BR was comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool and hot tub are in a separate building. Liquid Life was very easy to work with during the rental process.
