Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  If you love spending time on an elevator and waiting for an elevator door to open and race to squeeze in between shirtless grandpa, drunk aunt Becky, and that person who thinks a dip in the pool replaces any form of adult hygiene, you will love this place. I know it’s summer and all condos are crowded so some vacationers might be okay with the crowds. We were on floor 27, so I suggest maybe a much lower floor. That being said, the room and condo was very clean. The room was spacious enough for eight people, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool, lazy river, and activities for children were great! Liquid Life rental was very helpful and informative before and during our stay.

  We love our stay at Phoenix West 11 2706, We came here for a long weekend get away. All we wanted to do was enjoy the beaches the local restaurants. The beach was amazing and we took advantage of the rental chairs and umbrellas. However we did not go out much a night, we found ourselves ordering in and enjoying everything that in condo. Would highly recommend it to families with 2-4 kids. There are three large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Which you can never have enough bedrooms.
