The second bedroom is equally inviting with two cozy Queen beds and an attached bath featuring a walk-in shower.

For larger groups, the third and fourth bedrooms are ideal, each housing two Queen beds and sharing an adjoining bathroom. All guest bedrooms are equipped with a 43-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring personal entertainment space for everyone.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  We normally stay in Orange Beach, but due to last minute closure of the pool and balcony area, we opted to move to this rental. At first sight everything looked nice, but that changed very quickly. The dining table and chairs were nasty with food stains. The ice machine is full of black mold and we could not use the ice. The baseboards and furniture were so dusty. Trash under the bed. Some of the doorknobs are loose and TV wires are hanging in one of the bedrooms. The balcony was full of sand and we had to sweep before we could enjoy. The pots and pans have seen better days and most of the utensils are broken. We were given one kitchen towel and there were no hot pads. I was not impressed, especially for the amount of money we paid. Very disappointed. We called management and they offered to have it cleaned, but who wants that inconvenience after you have settled in with your family.

  My parents taught me to be positive first.
  
  The location and layout of the room was fantastic. Right on the beach, easy access. Room was spacious enough to let kids play, and room for everyone else to do what they pleased.
  
  Now the negative.
  
  The floor was horrendous. It was like it hadn't been mopped in a year. I am not exaggerating. That is even more frustrating when you have toddlers who are on the floor all the time.
  
  Next, a big draw for our family was the advertised 70" tv in the main room. It was basically unwatchable because it was burned out around the edges of the TV. This really bummed us out, because our family likes to watch movies together at night. This is probably the single biggest item on the "no" recommendation below.
  
  Next was parking. Be ready to pay a parking fee. It was not clear at all going through the property mgmt that w had to pay additional $55 per car ($165) after paying a fortune for property now.
  
  Mgmt company will blame me as they sent copy and paste of language saying I am responsible for parking. Maybe so, but just started the week off wrong. And for what they are charging now for properties, just take care of parking in the fee.
  
  Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Gulf Shores, but we will look for different property next time.
  
  Hint: Look for price drop ~30-45 days before your dates. I could have saved a couple thousand dollars if I had checked prices a couple weeks earlier. Oh well! :-) Easy come, easy go!
  
  Positive to end:
  The people working there were nice. Pool guards a nd security people engaged with you and made you feel at home.
  
  So, look for a follow up comment that TV has been replaced and that a new commitment to moppin gfloors has been put in place. Then, maybe it will be better for you.

  We stayed at Phoenix IV in Gulf Shores. Booking and Check in experience was easy Our family of 15 was comfortable in the condo. It was clean and looked just like the pictures on the advertisement. The only problem we had was one of young security staff members being rude/yelling at the kids when they were in the hot tub area. They did not see the sign that hot tub was temporarily closed. Even though they were in the wrong it could’ve been handled differently.
