The second bedroom features a cozy Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers another Queen bed, ensuring ample space for you and your guests to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

The complex also features stainless steel grills by the beach, perfect for beachside barbecues and gatherings. Challenge friends or family to a friendly game on our tennis court, adding an active twist to your beach vacation. For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site at Windward Pointe. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  Condo was clean and very roomy. Master bed was way to soft for us. Was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The people above us kept moving furniture which was very annoying. Location was great close to many restaurants. Overall very nice but older condo.

  Love the location of this unit and it being a corner unit. Unfortunately the building next to us was under construction so we had a lot of noise from it the entire time we were there. Next time I go anywhere I will check if construction is being done close by! Otherwise the unit is very nice. Could use a little updating but we didn't mind. Like the room lay out and then every room had a slider and access to the wrap around balcony. Carpet in bedrooms need replacing. Tile would be better in there. Good size kitchen with everything you needed. Good location. Would stay again!

  The condo was lovely. It was well laid out and spacious. The complex is spectacular. We will definitely make it our usual complex now. There are the usual hotel style luggage carts, the plastic utility carts and even heavy duty grocery carts to carry all your stuff. There is an on site bagged ice machine and parking kiosk. The pools are super nice, with outdoor restrooms located by the pool ~ invaluable with kids. Security is visible, so you know you’re good.
  My only complaint, is I wish the condo had grilling tools. There are several grills down by the pool (cleaned daily by maintenance!!) but we had to borrow a spatula and tongs from a fellow griller.

I have never seen such a stocked kitchen, and the magazines and books were a nice touch. Liquid Life has also been the best company to work with!
