Broadmoor 201 offers a serene beachfront escape in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, perfect for a well-deserved vacation. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this Orange Beach condo rental combines comfort, style, and stunning beachfront views.

The Primary suite is a peaceful retreat, featuring a King bed, a comfortable sitting area, balcony access, and a Primary bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves and enjoy direct views of the beach from your private balcony, a perfect start to any vacation day.

In the second bedroom, guests will find a King bed, offering a comfortable and private space, while the third bedroom includes two Full beds. Both guest bedrooms are well-appointed with private baths and offer North-facing views of the bay and river, adding a different perspective to the beachfront experience.

The living areas of Broadmoor 201 are bathed in natural light, with Eastern views of the beach from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The unit is thoughtfully designed with a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

A wet bar with an ice maker adds a touch of luxury, perfect for evening relaxation or entertaining. The convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer makes longer stays comfortable, and free Wi-Fi keeps guests connected throughout their visit.

Broadmoor offers essential amenities for a relaxing beach vacation. Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, an outdoor pool for leisurely swims, and a hot tub for relaxation. The complex also features a sauna for unwinding, shuffleboard and tennis courts for recreation, and a well-equipped exercise room for fitness enthusiasts. A boardwalk provides direct beach access, making visits to the sandy shores effortless. Broadmoor combines comfort and convenience, ideal for a beachside stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The construction was so loud we could not stay in the unit during the day. Access to our balcony was blocked the entire stay even though Liquid Life assured us we would have access from 5pm to 8am. Each day I contacted Liquid Life and they told me it would be opened the next day. It was never opened. Liquid Life never took ownership of the issue, they were rude, did not advocate for their customers. We were not offered a discount or an alternate location.We paid for an ocean front condo to enjoy the view from the balcony. The windows were locked and the sliding doors boarded up. Seems like a fire code violation to me.

  We had a wonderful week long vacation here. We stayed the 2nd week of July 2022. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a beautiful view. We would stay here again, in an instant. Now the big question...during this time period. What about the construction that was occurring during this time? I read some reviews on google before we went, but we decided the beach/view/location was worth any minor inconveniences. While we were there, any real construction noise did not begin until 8am...and I like to sleep in, but it did not bother me. We could hear the noise while out on the beach, but it just didn’t bother me. They were also there only week days, but if it rained any length of time, all the construction workers didn’t show up/went home for the day. So we had a couple of days of that. Rental company did a great job of communicating progress with us. When we left, the street side/both sides of the building looked completely done. The beach facing side was what they were working on. This condo is on the east side. The wed 1/3 looked completely done, the middle section was about ready to be painted. The 1/3 this condo is in, looks like the last section to do. Also THE POOL WAS OPEN as of July 9th. You can rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach, and since it is only a 12 story condo building, it isn’t nearly as busy as areas nearby. We also saw dolphins off the beach. Plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. I’ve been to the beach a lot in different Gulf Coast locations. This was a great family area. Not too busy for Mom that just wanted to relax, not too sparse for the kids....who found friends to play with.

  This condo immaculate! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances that one would need. Perfect location and best of all this unit was cleaned and ready for us to check in by 1:00 on the day of our arrival. Liquid Life was extremely easy to deal with and helped to make this an ideal get away!

  Condo 201 is absolutely beautiful. Not very good kitchen appliances but that's just our opinion as we are pretty picky. We were not aware the pool was going to be closed so VERY disappointing especially considering we had 3 young ones who was really looking forward to that. But the very worse part was the 7am "wake up calls" every morning Monday-Friday of our stay that we was NOT made aware of. The jack hammers!!! When calling the company we was told an email was sent.. I can assure you we was not made aware.. And the company was not willing to work with us.. So NO pool and NO sleeping in or peace n quiet for 5 of our 7 day vacation 😡 we would absolutely stay at Broadmoor again but not using Liquid Life.. Disappointed!!

  We stayed in Broadmoor 201, it was a beautiful condo, with an amazing view! The beach was not crowed, even being Spring Break. I believe once the renovations are all complete the place will be absolutely perfect.
