Welcome to Casa Del Sol D2, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo that promises an unforgettable retreat right on the beautiful shores of Gulf Shores. Perfectly situated on the 4th floor of a low-density complex, this condo is your dream vacation home, where the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore will be your daily soundtrack.

Step into the Primary suite and discover a serene space featuring a plush King bed, direct balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and a Primary bath equipped with a tub and separate walk-in shower. The second suite mirrors this comfort with another King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equally inviting, offering 2 cozy Queen beds and a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for family or friends.

This spacious unit is designed to captivate with stunning Gulf views, tile floors in the living room and Primary bedroom, and a flat-screen TV. The highlight, however, is the access to the large private balcony from the living room, where you can gaze out over the Gulf and bask in the coastal ambiance. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with additional sleeping space provided by a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The heart of this home, the fully equipped kitchen, is a culinary delight featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large breakfast bar. All the conveniences of home are at your fingertips, including a full-sized washer and dryer, and free WiFi to keep you connected.

Casa Del Sol features an inviting outdoor pool where you can cool off and relax under the sun. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, a grilling area is available, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. The covered seating area, complete with tables and chairs, provides a comfortable space to dine or simply unwind. Additionally, the poolside gazebo adds a touch of elegance and offers a shaded spot to relax. Conveniently located, Casa Del Sol is within walking distance of a variety of shopping venues and restaurants, allowing guests to easily explore local flavors and experiences.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Two FREE parking pass(es) are included with your reservation. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Overall we loved the condo and would stay again, but there were a couple of issues. The stove and oven breaker was turned off, we turned it back on and were able to use the oven but the stovetop wouldn't work. We turned in a maintenance request and he came but said parts had to be ordered. So we couldn't use the stove top throughout our stay. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom is very noisy, you can't move at all without noise, it needs to be replaced.

  Loved this condo, any concerns were taken care of immediately and very professionally. Only 14 condos in the building so it wasn't busy with a long wait for the elevator. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up and every morning dolphins swam by. Plenty of everything to make you feel at home.

  We loved our stay! CDS D2 was clean and roomy with plenty of seating inside and out. Large deck and short walk to our beach chairs, which we liked! The pool was a good size and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped but take a few dishtowels/cloths. Many rentals do not have an adequate supply. Everyone said their beds were comfy; however, I stayed in non-master BR w/King bed and the mattress was SUPER firm. Not comfortable to me. I recommend replacing or adding a thick foam pad which someone can remove if they prefer sleeping on a hard surface. The bed thing is not a dealbreaker and we unanimously agreed that we want to rent this unit again. Lastly, first time I've stayed at a low-density complex...YES!!

  This condo is in an excellent location with a beautiful view. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and be comfortable. The check-in process went smoothly. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes. The only complaints we have are about the linens. The bath towels were very cheap and rough, more like what you would find at an inexpensive hotel. There was also only one hand towel provided for the kitchen. It would be a nice touch if there were towel bars in the master bathroom, other than the one far away from the shower. Overall, we loved our stay and would book this location again.

  This condo was is a great location, was clean, had a gorgeous view, and plenty of room for 7 of us. Staff was very helpful and responsive. There were a few small downsides. The dryer does not dry well, so you have to run everything through twice; the remote in the living room didn’t work; WiFi was very slow; the master bath needs to be updated; it’s a little dark in the hall; and the ceiling fan in the master bath works but doesn’t move any air 🤨. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again. The location, space, and overall experience outweighs the small stuff.

  This is a beautiful, very well maintained, spacious condo right on the gulf! The complex is small which meant a less crowded pool and beach vs other larger condos.   We were looking for a 3 bedroomed unit on the beach that would sleep 8 without needing a sofa bed. This unit does that, and has a 3rd bath. Beach front, large balcony, heated pool and
  located on a less populated beach was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the kitchen for 75% of our meals. The building is dated, but our unit was clean and comfortable. Any issues we reported were corrected the same day. Would definitely stay again.

  Enjoyed our very relaxing stay. The Cincinnati was very clean and spacious.We loved the close access to get to the beach, spouse has some health issues so this was extra nice for him. The low rise condo is the only way to go, was on 11th floor last year in Orange Beach and the ele actor had continual issues. The living area and main bedroom had sliders that faced the gulf, heavenly sound of waves was bliss for us landlocked folk. The balcony was sweet and where we spent every morning watching the sunrise. Overall the condo was great our only coming was the bed was too hard.
