Welcome to Seachase 1002W, your luxurious Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach! Nestled on the 10th floor, this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and all the comforts of home.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space adorned with tile floors and flooded with natural light. Sink into the comfortable sofa-sleeper in the living room and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the balcony and feel the gentle breeze as you take in the stunning views.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or simply brewing a morning cup of coffee, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Retreat to the Primary suite and unwind in the plush King bed, or indulge in a soothing soak in the whirlpool tub in the ensuite bathroom. With balcony access from the Primary suite, you can wake up to magnificent Gulf views each morning and drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves at night.

The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom features both a Queen and a Twin bed, providing plenty of space for additional guests or family members. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

After a day of sun and surf, refresh yourself in the spacious bathrooms, which feature walk-in showers, double vanities, and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself.

Seachase 1002W also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beach towels fresh and your swimsuits clean throughout your stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Overall had a great experience! The condo was nice, well kept, and clean. There were 2 issues. The master bedroom curtain was broken and kept under the bed. Normally that would be ok, but in this unit the bedroom was on display for other condos to look in at you. We contacted management about it. They said they would fix it, but they never fixed it. Other issue was the second bath would not drain well. Contacted management. They sent someone over to fix, but someone was showering at the time. They said they would be back, but they never came back. So by the end of your shower you were standing in ankle deep water. Other than these 2 things it was a great place. Great beach and pool. Liked there was onsite security 24/7. Very clean and nice. Would recommend.

  We arrived to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Upon entering the condo, we were blown away. It was so inviting, vibrant, open, and the views were stunning. So spacious, and comfortable. There were dishes stocked, so we never had to worry about how to cook. Easy access to the private beach which we loved. The pools, and bottles were always clean and inviting. The balcony was so roomy. Perfect setting for a sunrise breakfast, or sunset dinner. There are plenty of items in the closet outside front door to use on the beach. We loved staying at this condo, and we do plan to be back again.

  This house was absolutely amazing! My husband and I took our one year old on her first family vacation with my mom and mother in law. We could have fit quite a few more people in this rental! It was very homey and had many amenities. The beach access was incredible and the private access kept the beach from being super busy. The security at the place was amazing and so friendly. The location is nice for easy access to Walmart. We were able to walk over and get essentials for our stay. We had issues with the guest bathroom, but maintenance was over within a couple hours to fix it and he was super friendly. There was an abundance of dishes and items to use. They did not proved coffee filters that I could find, but conveniently there was a little cooler that we used for our food at the beach. The hot tubs and pools were close and convenient. It was a wonderful vacation and I actually already looked this exact condo up for next year. I love that Orange Beach is out of the midst of all of the touristy stuff and there is more privacy and less people. The balcony was large here and there were multiple access points. I will say the guest rooms are on the outer wall to the hotel walk way and one night there were people out there talking and my mom and mother in law could hear the entire conversation while they tried to sleep. The only other complaint I had was that for such a large group of people and the home being a 3 bedroom I was disappointed that we could only have one key fob the ocean as I got up at 6am to walk daily and other guests wanted to get up later and come out and walk I think if you talk to the security guards you could probably get a second fob, but liquid life said no when I asked. Otherwise I highly recommend the place!!

  This place is great! This is my 5th year in a row to go to orange beach/gulf shores, and this is my best stay. The thing I liked about it, was that it is a smaller condo resort. The beach always seemed not as busy. And you didn’t have to wake up early to fight for a spot on the beach. The pools are amazing with the infinity pool. The ice machine in the condo was a life saver, never having to buy ice is a huge advantage in my book. I really don’t have a bad thing to say about this condo or the facilities.
