Welcome to Caribe 1206C, a stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront condo that offers the perfect home away from home for your well-deserved vacation.

Located on the 12th floor of Building C in Orange Beach, this beautifully appointed unit provides breathtaking views of Ole River and Robinson Island from the private balcony, where you’ll also find an electric grill for outdoor cooking.

The primary suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and private balcony access. It also includes a baby crib (sheets not provided) for little ones and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and convenient access to the hall bath. The third bedroom is perfect for families, with two twin top bunks over a full bed on the bottom. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sofa sleeper, allowing the unit to accommodate up to 10 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wet bar with a separate ice maker and wine chiller. A full-sized washer and dryer add extra convenience to your stay.

The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. Boat slip rentals are available for those who wish to explore the waters.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase. Your parking pass(es) can be found in your packet upon check-in at the Liquid Life Office.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January and February. Call our reservations team for rates.

  We had a blast!!! When you enter the gate it was like you were in your on slice of paradise Condo was beautiful plenty of room for everyone. Convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach! Only concern I had was the bunkbeds they are very unstable and need attention before they fall apart on someone. On a lighter note turn the shower handle to the left in the master bathroom or you will get the full force of the side jets LOL!! Overall I would absolutely stay here again!!!

  Condo was wonderful overall, some minor things weren’t working as should be expected. Ie) shower spray hose, soaking tub button for jets, and we never got clean towels after I called housekeeping twice.
  The major issue with our stay was that we were able to get our cards for check in at 4:00 pm, and our condo wasn’t clean. When Liquid life was contacted about the issue, they did call a housekeeping team to clean the condo at that time. Our condo wasn’t available for check in until after 6:30 pm. That’s really somewhat unacceptable considering how much money was spent for this trip! The staff at Liquid life acted as though this happens, and we should just roll with it. We won’t be using this property management company again, and we have several family members who are local and will book at the beach-word of mouth is a powerful business tool.

  Pools on property are excellent
  Decor is very nice. Furniture except for the bunkbed is good quality.
  Size of the balcony is great. Watching the boats is a lot of fun.
  Very clean except for black spots on front bedroom shower tile grout
  TV remote missing in bunk bedroom - reported the issue but no solution was provided
  Light out in fridge - reported the issue but no solution was provided
  Only given 2 washcloths per bathroom which meant not everyone got one even though 7 people were allowed
  Previous condos have always given a few extra so you don't have to do laundry every day
  Bunkbed furniture is not 100% stable feeling - bottom stair is broken and frame shakes a little

  Condo nice but no Kleenex, half a roll of toilet paper and half a roll of paper towel. Must make sure if renting through this company that you take all the necessary toiletry items in your suitcase. I wasn’t expecting this.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.   Quick trip to the beach. We had never stayed at the Caribe because we like to stay on the ocean. But we had a lovely view of the bay and really enjoyed it. Our condo was lovely and had really nice balcony furniture.
