The Primary bedroom is a serene oasis featuring a comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, balcony access for enjoying panoramic views, and a private bath adorned with a luxurious tub and separate shower.

The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides another Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation.

The spacious living room serves as the perfect gathering spot, complete with a flat-screen TV, a sofa sleeper for additional guests, and access to the large private balcony, where you can soak in the sun and savor the salty Gulf breeze.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need for culinary delights. Additionally, a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer ensures convenience during your stay.

Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Shore condo - it was spacious, clean and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable! Upon check in make sure that you receive an elevator code along with condo code or you cannot get in the elevator! We were able to get into condo about 3:30. We did have to contact customer service but they promptly responded. Our only complaint was that elevator was down for nearly half a day and that the 3rd bedroom's tv was black and white(?) Only other suggestion would possibly be comfortable outdoor furniture on balcony. Overall we enjoyed our beach stay at the condo!

  We had a nice stay at the seawind 300. We loved being in the shorter building which had a private elevator and entrance. We had 6 adults and 1 child and the condo was very roomy for us. We do wish that the wonderful, long balcony would have had more outdoor furniture. It was only equipped with a table and 4 chairs. We spent a lot of time out there so wished all our guests could have been accommodated. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return. One other suggestion would be to add curtains to the 3rd bedroom. Our guests in that room didn't like getting woke up to the sun shining in every morning.... minor detail but important.

  Seawind 300 is a large 3 br unit that encompasses an entire floor in the smaller Seawind building. It was beautiful and extremely clean. The balcony is huge and overlooks the beach and Sea & Suds. We rented through Liquid Life. They were very easy to work with and very easy to contact for any concerns or problems. We plan to stay here again!

  The condo was great! Very clean and customer service was exceptional! When we got there the dryer wasn’t working. We contacted customer service and they exchanged towels for us (since dryer wasn’t working) and the next day had it fixed. Great location steps away from beach and loved that we had our own private balcony overlooking the beach and had our own private floor in the resort.

  It was great with one exception .... parking. I understand construction created less parking spaces, but if you rent the condos, you have to be able to provide parking. It was almost impossible to find a place at times and did not feel good about parking our vehicles like we had to most of the time.
