Recently updated to enhance your stay, JOHN 316 boasts a new kitchen, fresh flooring, and tasteful indoor/outdoor painting. The spacious covered front porch offers a stunning view of the Gulf, setting the scene for unforgettable moments.

In the Primary suite, a comfortable King bed awaits, while both guest rooms are furnished with cozy Queen beds. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and convenient bathroom access. For additional sleeping arrangements, there's a day bed off the Primary bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room, making the home ideal for up to 9 guests.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all necessary cooking essentials. The home also features covered parking to keep your vehicle cool and an outdoor grilling area for those delightful barbecues.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Comfortable and convenient for our stay to attend Shrimp fest. Perfect spot to be close to all the beach activities or festivals around the Hangout. During busy times expect extra foot traffic until bars close but we had expected such and were fine with all the happy people walking by. Property management was very prompt and professional with a small maintenance issue we had despite the extreme traffic, road closures and detours in the area. We were very pleased with our stay.

  We were extremely satisfied with the location and space of this rental house for our vacation. The public beach across the street is perfect and so many things are walkable. There was an issue with the bathtub when we arrived and maintenance came the same day to fix it. The only dissatisfaction we had was the amount of provided soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc... For a house that is supposed to house up to 10 people, I feel like there should be more than one of everything...especially staying multiple nights.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab.   This location was exactly as advertised! The place looked like the photos, the beach was actually directly across the street. Everything worked, had most everything you could need or want. We enjoyed our stay here so much! If we come back to the gulf, this is where we’d love to go. Added bonus was there were three showers. Family of 6 all wanting to rinse after the beach- the three was a must!

  This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and it did NOT disappoint! We will be going back every year! The property was clean and well-maintained. The house was beyond our expectations! The house is really large and layout was perfect, it had all of the amenities we wanted +some! Liquid Life was available to me at all times! We had a short walk right to the beach! There are hotels close where you can sign up for hotel events (banana boat ride, parasailing and chair/umbrella rentals). We enjoyed an amazing breeze while relaxing on the front porch! We had a great selection of stores & Restaurants within a short walk or 5 minute drive from the house. This is going to be our repeat place to stay on our next Gulf Shore trip!
