  The unit was perfect for our family and the space was awesome! The only thing we had issues with was the headboards in the two guest rooms were so lose and messed up that we had to put towels behind it so when you rolled over you did not wake anyone else.

  We really enjoyed staying in #1404 at Phoenix II in Pensacola! The condo was very large, our family consisted of 12 people (6 adults, 6 kids) and the rooms and bathrooms were very large. The condo offered great views of the Gulf of Mexico and check in and checkout were easy. 5 minute walk down boardwalk to beach. We used charcoal grills next to lazy river to cook and that was also fun. Parking was great onsite but for the price, I felt like that should of been included with room ($55 per vehicle).

  The building and amenities are incredible but no outdoor pool. The so called pool outdoor is attached to the lazy River and the slide exit so not really what I call a pool. The security guard was on a power trip and was very rude to my younger God children and when I stepped in he changed his tune but for the money I paid for that place he can be more security guard and less life guard and loose the attitude. Besides that issue it was a great time and great building.

  My family celebrated our mom birthday and Mother’s Day. This unit was very clean and spacious. This kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. The only issue not enough towels and rental company will not replenish. I overlook this info on their site.Guest bedroom 1 on the left entering the unit Headboards need to be tightened on bed. Overall this is a very nice unit! Our family will stay here on our next vacations. I will recommend to other friends and family.

Our kids loved the lazy River, the slider, and the quick access to the beach. The parking garage onsite allowed for you to be to your car within minutes. It was conveniently located and we will definitely be coming back!

  The month I spent at Phoenix Orange Beach 11 unit 1404 was very enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest is to supply a Keurig coffee maker so everyone can have the coffee they want . Decaf, flavored or even tea.
  There are great Restaurants such as Big Fish and colorful ones such as Tacky Jacks with the Bushwackers to enjoy in the area.
