Perched on the 5th floor, this condo boasts private balcony access from the living room, offering a picturesque view of the Gulf's endless horizon. It's the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink while basking in the beauty of the beachfront.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is equally delightful, with a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a serene retreat after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is designed with fun and flexibility in mind, equipped with a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, making it an ideal space for kids or extra guests.

The living room, the heart of the condo, is both stylish and comfortable, featuring a flat-screen TV and a sofa sleeper. It's the perfect place to gather, relax, and create memories with your loved ones. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it suitable for families, couples, or a group of friends.

*This unit is not to occupy more than 8 guests, including infants & children. All individuals, regardless of age, count towards total occupancy. Any guest with more than 8 people will be subject to eviction without a refund.

Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the on-site office at Romar Place upon arrival.

The property does not offer monthly rentals.

  We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. The condo was very clean and had more than enough dishes and pots/pans/utensils to cook with. We gave the washer and dryer a workout and never had an issue.
  The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We were able to sit outside and just listen to the ocean and relax.
  Our kids are already asking to book our next stay!

  Had a great stay in condo 505, good location and condo very comfortable for our family. BUT note on Check in we originally had reservation for 9 people and HOA property mgr reported they only allowed 8 people per condo and as it worked out our one of our persons could not come last minute and we were allowed to stay, BUT what if we still had 9 people in our group what would we do if they refused us??? VERY upset!!

  The condo location was great. The rooms were pleasant and clean too. We would definitely stay here again.
  
  Here is my constructive criticism. There was a little too much furniture, and way too many dishes in the cabinets. It would have been more fun if there were a few less items cluttering up the living areas and more room for food, etc in the kitchen cabinets. Having plenty of bowls and plates is great, but you don't need hundreds.

  Company to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores! The price was reasonable and lower than other places which is always a plus for me! The unit was amazing and extremely clean! You could smell the cleanliness when we walked in, which I appreciated! We didn’t have any problems while there! They even sent a text with a storm warning which I thought was a nice touch! The indoor pool was warm and comfortable which was a great bonus since my little girl wanted to swim the entire time! It was cold and really windy the first two days so the indoor pool is where we stayed!
