PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Pictures of the view don’t do it justice. It’s a million dollar view! You can sit on the balcony, or even the living room, and look out across the Gulf of Mexico! I did the after hours check in. No problems at all. Simple instructions were sent via text.
  Cleanliness, in general was good. However, the master bath had multiple hairs in the tub/shower and around the sink.
  Kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you could need. Couch and chair were comfy. Tempurpedic beds were great! That was my first time sleeping on one. I was informed WiFi was slow. I brought my Roku and streamed Netflix without any problems.
  Parking was another big concern. They were replacing roofs on multiple buildings and had a LOT of parking areas blocked off.
  I had to call emergency maintenance one night due to a water leak in the ceiling. I tried calling the complex management team. But the voicemail box was full and I couldn’t leave a message. So I notified Liquid Life. They made a call and a maintenance guy arrived about an hour later. He took a picture and left. We were scheduled to check out the next day...so I’m guessing they made the necessary repairs after we left. Overall, VERY positive experience and I would rent from them again!

  Seaside never disappoints. Building 3 having gulf facing views are always impressive. The unit was a disappointment. One word that describes the unit is that it is "tired." The couch is in need or replacement. The bathtub surround has seen its better days. The floors through recently replaced weren't clean. The carpet runner was very dirty. The A/C didn't work very well, certainly never felt a 'chill." The door to the stackable W/D needs to be repaired. Given we only were in the unit to clean up to go out for dinner and sleep, the rest of the time being at the pool or beach, it was tolerable.

  10/10!!! Beautiful condo right on the beach! and perfect location to walk to dinner if you want. Grocery stores nearby. The condo was nice and clean. Very roomy for five people (one being a toddler). We will be booking it again next summer.

  This was a great space for a girl's trip. We had three adults and one 13yr old. I don't know that 6 adults would be comfortable in this space but it was perfect for us. The condo was clean as described. There are a couple places in the roof that need repair but it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. The living room/dining area is bigger than I anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked, the only item it didn't have that I needed was a liquid measuring cup. When on the balcony we were closer to the beach than I anticipated as well. The smaller of the two pools is just outside our balcony and was not as busy as the main pool which was so nice. We visited LuLu's in Gulf Shores one night and it was great. I went online and joined the waitlist two hours before we were to be seated. If you go...this is a valuable tool. There is a ton to do there. Also, I purchased a cake from Deep South Cake Company and it was amazing. (They also had the best gluten free chocolate chip cookies I've ever had!) All in all it was the perfect condo for our stay. The only downfall was the check in process. We did receive emails prior to the trip saying that our room may not be ready right at 3:00. However, I went to check in when we got to town at 3:30 thinking I could get the paperwork done and they'd send me the code when the room was ready. They don't allow you to check in at all until the room was ready. We finally received the text that our room was ready at 5:58pm. I can understand if it was 4:00 before the room was ready but it was almost 3 hours after check in time before we could go to our room. I feel that they could come up with a better process. We drove 4 and 1/2 hours to the beach and had to kill time with all our stuff in the car for over 2 hours. This is just not ideal. The ladies at the desk were nice but this was just not the best way to start our vacation.

  Condo is exactly as it's advertised--beautifully appointed, perfect location, updated, comfortable and clean. Maybe the only thing it's missing is an outdoor table, but other chairs provide great place to sit out on balcony. If you are choosing between this condo and another one in the same area, look carefully at the pictures. There is a HUGE difference in condos in this building. This one is one of the best.
