Perched on the 9th floor, this Orange Beach condo rental offers mesmerizing views of the pristine white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico, visible from the expansive private balcony and through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and Primary bedroom.

In the Primary suite, indulge in comfort with a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, complete with balcony access to soak in the breathtaking views. The ensuite Primary bath is a haven of relaxation, featuring dual vanities, a luxurious garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, furnished with two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, thanks to the sofa sleeper in the living room. The heart of the condo, the fully equipped kitchen, boasts granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, and a wet bar complete with a wine chiller, perfect for entertaining or preparing meals. A convenient half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer add to the comfort and convenience of your stay.

Regency Isle provides a range of amenities for a fulfilling and enjoyable beach vacation. The complex features an outdoor pool, perfect for both swimming and sunbathing. Guests can relax in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, offering a peaceful retreat. An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  One of our favorite units! Some of our favorite things about this unit are the large balcony with great furniture, king and queen beds, the extra half bath, and the kitchen has tons of pots, pans, etc., plus it’s very clean! Our only request would be an ice maker in the bar, instead of the wine cooler. We love Regency Isle because all parking is covered, you load and unload with no worry of the weather, and because there is no pesky gate to get through when you’re walking to the beach!

  Gorgeous condo with a beautiful view! The unit was clean and the kitchen was beyond well-stocked. We especially liked that it's a smaller property without the typical vacation crowds. No issues at all getting a chair at the pool or beach. We will definitely be back!

  We visited Unit 904 at Regency Isle Condominium in Orange Beach, AL. This unit is well appointed with absolutely gorgeous views of the gulf. The bacon ru is furnished with ample comfortable seating so you can gaze at the water even on rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel inspired to create a gourmet meal with grocery stores nearby where you can get any ingredients you may need. But if you don’t want to cook there is plenty of great restaurants with a five mile radius. If you are an EV car owner you can charge up at The Gulf and enjoy a cocktail at the bar and still watch the dolphins play. Really wonderful vacation setting.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lot's of knick-knacks so you may want to relocate items out of harms way, if you have little ones. Fully stocked with everything - has regular coffee pot as well as Keurig. Not a lot of storage if you are staying for a whole week. Pantry was locked so we lived out of bins and lots and lots of things on the counter tops. Great balcony, great view, great pool. No assigned parking spots due to construction, so 1st come, 1st served. Lots of carts on each floor to carry items to/from vehicles to condo.

  Besides the $1M view, the condo itself was beautiful with so many amenities, including binoculars, TVs, games & books. It was so comfortable and clean. The condo had plenty of room to spread out. Everything you could ask for in the kitchen for cooking and serving food. We also used the dryer for our beach towel and wet swimsuits. Lastly, the patio could not be beat. It is private and the VIEW was nothing but white sand and beautiful water. We sat out everyday and drank coffee and watched the yachts and parasailers and of course the beach people. Loved our stay.
