Phoenix VII 1112, a newly renovated Gulf-front condo, is your perfect home away from home for a relaxing vacation. Experience the soothing sounds of waves and enjoy the comforts of this 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence in Orange Beach.

Freshly painted with contemporary quartz countertops and luxurious LVP flooring, this condo offers a modern and welcoming ambiance. The Primary suite, designed for relaxation, features a comfortable King bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is cozy with a Queen bed, ideal for unwinding after a beach day. In the third bedroom, two Queen beds offer additional sleeping space, making this condo perfect for families or groups. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment.

The living area is both spacious and stylish, with new furniture, including a sleeper sofa for extra guests. A flat-screen TV in the living room makes it a great spot for movie nights or just relaxing.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  The unit was the perfect size for the nine of us. It was beautifully decorated and was clean. The location was great. The only thing I could complain about was not enough towels or wash cloths. We didn’t have enough for everyone and had to do lots of laundry. And I thought parking passes were expensive, it should be included with your rental. Overall we enjoyed our trip!

  The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was beautifully decorated and most importantly spotless. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. We had several family members staying in 3 other units on the property, and everyone agreed this unit was the best! The beds slept comfortably. The view from the balcony, living area, and master bedroom can’t be beat. Our 3 favorite restaurants are close by: Gulf Shore Steamer, Cobalt, and Cosmo’s. My kids bragged on how well the pool was maintained during our entire stay. The property managers were amazing. They checked on us throughout our stay, but not in a worrisome way. We even asked on what was supposed to be our last night if the unit was available another night. They helped us work it out to stay an extra night immediately! Overall 10/10 would recommend this unit!

  Wonderful condo right on the beach. Nicely decorated with comfy beds and seating. Could have used more than 1 hand towel in each bathroom but everything was clean. Restaurants and shopping close by with many from which to choose. Be sure to note all the extra fees for booking. Parking pass was $55 which was a shock. Construction nearby was noisy at 7:00 am. But view was awesome and people were very friendly. Overall, it was a great vacation.
