  Very big, spacious and clean. Large balcony. Well furnished in all rooms. Bed mattress toppers in need of replacement. (A little lumpy). We had one guest in a wheel chair. Plenty of room for his chair to wheel around, but doorways to balcony was inaccessible and no handicap provisions in any of the 3 bathrooms. Thought at least one bathroom needed to be. But overall, it was great!

  We enjoyed our stay at the apartment; plenty of space for our large group. The lazy pool and slide were the highlights.
  
  However, for a $5K stay, we expected more supplies including hand wash, beach towels, toilet papers, toiletries and kitchen supplies. We have stayed in similar rentals in Destin and Key West and they were fully stocked. If these aren't provided, then it should be explicitly mentioned on the site or the follow up emails, so guests can prepare/pack adequately.

  The Phoenix II is a great place for your vacation. The condo was ready when we arrived, which after a long drive, we appreciated. Everything, the building and the condo, are in great condition and maintenance keeps everything clean. The pool and the splash pad were a big hit with our family. The Lazy River looked like fun, but it was too cold, since it was early April. The pictures we saw made the beach look far from the building, but it was very close. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Everyone had their own space, but there was plenty of room for everyone when we were spending time together. The balcony was large and had plenty of furniture. It would be great for games or a meal. There were great restaurants close by, and a grocery store and Walgreens were right down the street. The guys went golfing a couple of days and were very happy with the golf courses. Our family is already planning our next trip.

  The vacation rental was a great place to stay. Very spacious condo. Parking garage to protect your vehicle, carts to carry your personal items or groceries, clean condo. The lazy River and slide was a plus for the kids. The only negative was the kitchen utensils and cooking items was minimal. Every other aspect of the condo was a plus.

  We had the best time on vacation! The lazy river and water slide were a huge hit with not only the kids but the adults too! The condo was super nice and new with all top notch appliances. Just a couple of things I would have liked more would be more wash cloths and towels, were on vacation we don’t want to do so much laundry! Also the beds in the 2 queen rooms were not comfortable at all. And maybe some more cookware for guests dinning in! We will be back next year!

  Beautiful place to stay! We stayed in unit 704. It was beautifully decorated and so clean. We traveled with our family of 7. Between the beach, lazy river, waterslide, indoor pool and hot tub, we were in heaven. The kids absolutely loved it. The property is conveniently set up. You are always near the elevator, boardwalk goes far out to the beach, and the staff was very friendly and kept everything so clean. We will be back and we cannot wait!
