CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

  The condo was nice and we had a great time. Our only issue was that the freezer didn’t work. They said they would send someone out as soon as possible to fix it but it never happened during our stay. Other than that it was great!

  First off, everything in the unit was really nice. Very clean. The master bedroom bed may be the most comfortable bed we have slept on away from home. It was stocked with everything needed to enjoy the short week trip.
  
  Only downside: Barely enough towels. For the amount of people I registered as going, we barely had enough towels for everyone each day. We came prepared to do laundry, but having to do towels constantly was a bit of a downer. Not a big enough deal to not rate 5 stars though!

  Spacious condo with gorgeous views, well stocked kitchen (even a Keurig and crockpot!), great location and Liquid Life was incredibly helpful. The pullout couch mattress could use replacing (very old and out of life) but that's pullout couches for ya! We absolutely loved our stay!

  We loved this place. We had 10 people and their was plenty of room. (2800 sq ft.) Each bedroom had a bathroom that was a decent size with plenty of hot water for a group of that size. Air conditioner worked well through out the trip. Master bedroom and bath was enormous. huge central area including kitchen, dining area and living room and great balcony with grill. All appliances worked. TV in all rooms with plenty of stations. Fast elevators, easy access to beach, decent bar area with drinks, food and games. Only three things I wasn’t satisfied with and those are: the patio spa was dirty and did not work. When i contacted the owner to inform them, they told me that the spas were owned by the building and I would have to contact them for repair and cleaning, some of the amenities I thought any place to stay should have were missing like wash cloths, soap but they informed us before we got there that due to COVID they would not be supplying those, parking for 2 vehicles was excellent but the other cars were parked down the street which was not a big deal but was not convenient for a large group either and finally the lazy river which we looked forward to using was packed all day long which is not their fault but we did not get to use it. Overall we loved it - it was perfect for our size and needs and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

  This Condo was very roomy, very tastefully decorated, and very clean. It was well stocked. We had an issue with lighting the grill, but it could be easily solved with a long lighter. The hot tub had a temperature issue, but it resolved and we were able to enjoy. Overall, excellent stay. I would highly recommend to others. Liquid Life was wonderful to work with. I received text messages where customer service was checking to see if all was well. It was well appreciated.

  We had a wonderful time! The room was very nice and spacious. The place was very clean and the master bed was very comfy. Things included made it sound like there was hand soap in the bathrooms but there was none so we had to buy some for all of the bathrooms (not a big deal, just something to note) Something was wrong with the hot tub temp gauge I believe bc the hot tub repair person said 104 is the normal temp but we had to put buckets of ice because it was scalding. We stayed in it for about 3 minutes after the ice and had to get out. Over all, we had a wonderful time in a great unit!
