Phoenix Orange Beach II 604 offers a serene and luxurious escape in a 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo. Situated on the 6th floor, it's perfect for a vacation filled with the calming sound of the waves.

The Primary suite is a haven of comfort with a King bed, balcony access, and a lavish Primary bath featuring dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting with 2 Queen beds and a private bath, while the third bedroom offers 2 more Queen beds and access to the hall bath. For entertainment, all bedrooms are equipped with 49-inch 4K Smart LED Ultra HDTVs with HDR, ensuring a premium viewing experience for up to 12 guests.

The spacious living room is an idyllic retreat with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning southward views, a comfortable sofa sleeper, and a 65-inch 120 HZ 4K Smart LED Ultra HDTV with HDR. Whether cooking up a feast or preparing snacks, the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has you covered. The condo's luxurious feel is enhanced by 10 ft. ceilings and complemented by a wet bar with an ice maker, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.

  The condo and property amenities are excellent and in a great location. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool area and slide! My only negative comment would be that Phoenix OB II has almost doubled their rates since last summer. Also, the $55 per car for parking passes is ridiculous! Otherwise, we had a great family vacation.

  This is one of my favorite condos yet! It was super spacious, very clean, and beautiful! The check in/out process was the easiest I’ve ever had. There is an indoor pool, an outside lazy river and convenient access to the beach that my kids loved. It has all the amenities you could think of! My family and I will stay at this location again next year!

  Condo is beautiful, clean with lots of room. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. I actually cooked Thanksgiving dinner an did not need for a thing! The view from the balcony is great it overlooks the lazy river pool. You can open your master bedroom door an hear the ocean. The high ceilings makes everything feel so large an spacious. The beds were comfortable an every bedroom has its own bathroom. Liquid Life were very attentive an made sure you had everything you needed an were available to assist you. Very nice to deal with highly recommend!

  We had a very enjoyable week. Weather was great. Condo was very clean and loved the decor. Only thing I would change would be the balcony lounger. We could not use it because it was very uncomfortable. Cushions would help tremendously. I would stay in the same place again next year!!

  This was the best beach vacation! Our condo exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. Everything was clean, check in process was easy, and there was more than enough space for our large group of 10 adults. The location was the best part for me though. You are literally just steps away from the beautiful beach! There were only a couple of very minor things I would change about the property, but overall I give it a 10 out of 10. There is a great pool and a lazy river that sets this facility apart from all the others. We had an amazing stay and made lots of great memories.   This condo has an incredible layout. My husband and I brought 5 teenage girls and 4 college girls. Our daughters and their friends loved it. Open concept and beautiful and spacious balcony was great. The wet bar with ice machine was great to always have iced drinks available. Beds/baths spacious and 6th floor parking great for no elevator wait to load/unload car. The amenities are wonderful and we will definitely stay again. I will say since this unit was new, there were not a lot of extra kitchen items- no wine glasses, limited serving bowls, pots/pans, no keurig and no tea kettle. If you plan to cook a lot, bring some of that with you. Otherwise, the place is really amazing!! Highly recommend it!
