Pelican Pointe 504, nestled on the 5th floor in Orange Beach, is your ideal Gulf-front escape, perfect for up to 10 guests seeking a memorable seaside vacation. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is an invitation to unwind with the soothing sounds of the waves.

In the Primary suite, indulge in comfort with a King bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access to relish the beach and Gulf's striking views. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom creatively utilizes space with a Queen bed and a Full-Over-Full bunk bed, each featuring a flat-screen TV.

The condo's heart is the fully-equipped kitchen, where granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a crockpot, and a Keurig await to inspire your culinary adventures. In addition, the full-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  I chose this unit for ease access to beach and the clean room guarantee and was very pleased with both. I was very disappointed that I wasn't notified until 10 days prior to rental date about the construction. Noise was 8:15am until 5:00pm. No napping or quiet inside time, couldn't sit on the balcony without the jack hammer concrete dust blowing on you. Had to wipe down the table & chairs daily. The same grainy powder debris was on the pool chairs and we had to wipe them off. I understand hurricane repair work has to be done but I should have known in time to change my location if I wanted to. I could have paid the same price at another building with out construction. This was suppose to be a relaxing vaca for me, my mom and sister, who has some health issues but unfortunately she wasn't able to rest inside on days when she needed to. The hot tub area was blocked off because of work and full of concrete debris. There are 3 cats that roam around the pool drinking from the pool and eating in dumpsters. The rental check in/out was easy texting me the codes prompt and accurate.

  Rental was as advertised. Very clean, spacious and great location. Three bedrooms could sleep 10 people comfortably. Beach is right there. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores across the street. Short drive to Flora-bama and Pensacola if you’re looking to venture out.

  The condo was very clean and the pictures do not lie. The patio is so spacious! The kitchen also has everything you need. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend you to bring some extra towels and hand soap.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab.   Great condo. Great layout and space. Easy access to amenities and property. Clean. Only downside was HOA controlled parking. It's not acceptable to rent out a condo that sleeps 10 people and only issue one parking pass. Parking lot stayed half empty the entire week.
