Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up your favorite dishes. Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The condo was updated and very nice. I don't think that this condo sleeps 7, more like 6 - our daughter had to sleep on the couch. We had 7 people, but were only given 8 towels so we had to go purchase a few. I think a few more supplies would have been nice. But overall, super cute condo with great upgrades and cozy vibe.

  The condo was good, but I found it strange that part of the condo had been renovated, but the bathrooms were still old and tired! The beds were all comfortable, the showers had good water pressure, but there weren't enough elevators for the number of condos, people were smoking pot on nearby balconies and the beaches were crowded! I won't go again in the summer!! There were also NO recycling bins, how's that possible in 2022?!!

  This trip was great, the condo was clean in good condition. Restaurants and shopping centers were close to location. The Manager respond quickly to my messages when I had a problem. So everything went as planned. My only concern were the elevators were too crowded, But I would recommend overall we really enjoyed this vacation.

  From the moment we walked into the condo we were very pleased. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We spent so much time on the patio enjoying the beautiful view. We spent a week here and I would definitely recommend to my friends. One elevator wasn’t working the day we arrived but was fixed by the next day. (Luckily there were two) The property had 2). Check in was a breeze and the location felt very family friendly.

  The staff was excellent! Loved the unit. It was clean and offered more than expected. The location is fantastic. We experienced elevator break downs almost every day. There are two elevators to serve this 20 story building. An upgrade is needed. Parking is very tight. Passengers have to get out and driver needs to position the vehicle so they can get out. Finding a spot is difficult. At times there were cars parked in non-parking spots.
