The Primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a luxurious King bed for restful nights. The guest bedroom offers two inviting Queen beds, ensuring ample space and comfort for family or friends. In the living room, find additional sleeping options with a Queen and Twin sofa-sleeper, making this condo ideal for up to 7 guests.

The heart of the condo, a fully equipped kitchen, awaits your culinary adventures. Enjoy your creations at the dining table or on the expansive private balcony accessible from the living room and primary bedroom, offering majestic Gulf views.

Tastefully decorated, the condo boasts tile floors throughout, enhancing the beachy vibe. Modern conveniences such as a washer and dryer, and free wireless internet access ensure a comfortable and connected stay.

The Palms is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience in a stunning beachfront setting. For a more relaxed swimming experience, the indoor heated pool offers comfort and warmth, ideal for all weather conditions. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site courts, providing a fun way to stay active during your stay. After a game or a day out, the sauna is a perfect retreat for unwinding and rejuvenating. The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Terrific location to the beach. Condo was great for our family. Some of the electricity didn’t work in the unit at times, had to flip the fuse box to reset. Beds were comfortable for the most part. Can’t beat the 5th floor beach side!

  This was our first time to rent from Liquid Life and our first time to stay in a unit at The Palms - and both were great experiences! There was a hiccup with our original unit, but LL was quick to find a comparable unit in the same complex without hesitation. The unit we stayed in was spacious, had plenty of seating (and sleeping) and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely be back next year, as we've decided to make Thanksgiving in OBA a new tradition!
