CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  This was a much needed vacation for me and my family. We had an awesome time. The condo was in a good location and loved the room. The only thing that needs work is the door to the balcony needs some attention. Just years of use has wore it out. Hard to shut the door.

  My family and I had a great experience at Phoenix VII 1008! Our room was right off the elevator, which maqde moving in and out a breeze. Check in wen't smooth and parking was about $75 for 2 passes. The room's color pallette was light and bright. We loved the wood accents throughout and the lack of nautical themes was a breath of fresh air! All the rooms were fresh and clean.

  This was the first time my kiddos have ever seen the ocean! The weather was gorgeous! This location is great, you are within a few minutes of a lot of cool things to do.
  I realize that you cant escape the sand being on a beach, but upon our arrival, the floors were sandy underneath our shoes. We swept the floor first thing.
  The beds were super comfy! All in all, it was a great vacation!

  Gorgeous condo, great location.Fully equipped kitchen and more. I think we were the first to stay so going to give lots of details. Comfortable beds, beautiful view, mostly pretty quite. The pictures on on point.
  Could use a few things to make the stay perfect.
  More than one hand towel per bathroom
  Hand soap and hotel bars of soap for bathroom
  More than one TP per bathroom
  Rugs (entry way) bathroom, Kitchen...Sandy feet get annoying
  Salt a pepper, coffee filters, oil...basic necessities for the kitchen so you don't have to buy a full set.

  I loved this vacation rental so much. The decor is very modern and makes the overall experience so much nicer. The views are outstanding. Every bedroom and layout is perfect to accommodate all of your guests. Make sure to bring your own garbage bags and toilet paper though!
