Perched on the 6th floor, Seawind 601 boasts a spacious private balcony accessible from both the living area and the Primary bedroom, offering unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step inside to discover a Primary suite designed for utmost comfort and luxury, featuring a King bed with a memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath where you can indulge in relaxation.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV, while a cozy bunk room with a Twin-Over-Full bunk and a 32-inch flat-screen TV provides a charming space for younger guests to retreat to. All mattresses are equipped with memory foam, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The living room features a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements, as well as a flat-screen TV and balcony access.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, adorned with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, creating an inviting space for culinary delights. A utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer ensures convenience during your stay, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh and clean.

Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  The unit was very clean. The beds and furniture were horrible unless you like sleeping and sitting on rocks. The lighting was very dim as well. Elevators are very very slow and the parking lot was horrible. Good luck finding a spot if you leave.

  The condo was exceptionally clean and everything was up to date and nice. The only complaint I have is the elevators. They seemed to be messed up quite a bit. However, this room wasn’t too high to take the stairs if needed. It just wasn’t convenient when trying to haul a cart to the beach.

  Very nice unit with plenty of space. We truly enjoyed watching the dolphins play right from our balcony. Only issue was toilet kept running. Someone came to fix it but it continued. Would have also liked some referrals for restaurants and sights to see.

Cons - Parking is extremely limited, Elevators out of service often, Rental Co. needs to advise renters to bring beach gear & paper products. VERY BASIC items provided in rental!!!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.
