The Primary suite is a haven of comfort with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is cozy with a Full bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom caters to more guests with 2 Queen beds and a flat-screen TV. The condo is designed with tile floors throughout, enhancing the beach vibe.

Cooking and dining are a pleasure in the fully equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops and all the necessary appliances. The living room is spacious and welcoming, with a sofa sleeper that increases the unit's sleeping capacity to 10 people.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Condo was overall pretty clean but was very much out of date, we did have two roaches in the condo. The back master bed room was very noise at night. Like you can here water rushing down and I’m assuming trash coming down the trash shoot. Though we absolutely loved the convinces of the ground condo especially with having two little kids. Also the toilet in the master bath is very hard to flush. Little things like new doors, new shower rods could really update the condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay and that’s what matters!!

  From arrival to parking in the underground parking deck that is literally just outside of this unit everything was perfect. This unit is very spacious, the AC works well, it is very convenient with two young toddlers. The only thing concerning was the back patio area was dirty, had not been cleaned in a while. The grass area off the back patio had lots of cigarette butts and there was a stale smell of cigarettes in the patio area, there were lots of fire ant beds as well that need to be exterminated. The baby was stung numerous times by the fire ants. Other than those things we really enjoyed our stay. We have already booked for spring break next year.

  The location of condo is great for people with small kids . There is a splash pad and indoor pool, as well as outdoor pool. The corner unit also has a solarium type room in back of condo to store extra things or let kids play.
  Now for the negatives... the air conditioning in master was horrible. Could not get it cool like the rest of condo. Commodes stuck. Roaches. Exposed electrical outlet. The unit was not nasty, but it coul have been cleaned a little better.
  We did not like having to pay to park, nor to have to bring extra linens. We have stayed in this unit many times over the last 30 years and it was great, but this year it was not up to par. Everyone wants to use “ COVID “ as an excuse. We did not complain during our arrival, maybe we should have, but we just tried making the best of our vacation.

  We had a wonderful experience. The internet was down when we got there. Maintenance came quickly and called to have router reset, then left me a number to call if it was not fixed by morning. I had to call the next morning, but the problem was fixed while I was on the phone with them. Liquid Life team was on the ball with any problems we has. The condo is in a wonderful spot. It was so easy to get to pool and beach, especially with it being on the same level as the beach. We loved it. There were some problems that needed fixing, but I left those with the staff. And yes, in the master you can hear the toilet from the room above, but it was not a bother. I have excellent hearing and I slept through it. It was no worse than any hotel you stay at.

  I can not love this condo enough. We stayed there many years ago with our child and brought our granddaughter on this trip. The condo is the perfect location with a grassy area in front near the pool. It also has an enclosed sunroom off of the master. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kids splash pad was great fir little people.
