With private access to the spacious balcony from the Primary suite and living area, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Gulf and feel the gentle breeze right from your own retreat.

The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space to recharge after a day of beachfront adventures. Meanwhile, the third bedroom features a versatile Full-Over-Full bunk bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

Windward Pointe is a haven of amenities, ensuring that every aspect of your vacation is filled with leisure and pleasure. Dive into relaxation with the indoor and outdoor pools, providing year-round enjoyment regardless of the weather. For a rejuvenating experience, unwind in the indoor hot tub or detox in the sauna. The fitness room caters to guests who wish to keep up with their workout routine even while on vacation. The complex also features stainless steel grills by the beach, perfect for beachside barbecues and gatherings. Challenge friends or family to a friendly game on our tennis court, adding an active twist to your beach vacation. For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site at Windward Pointe. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property offers monthly rentals in December, January, and February. Call our reservations team to get a quote on these rates.

  This was the perfect getaway for girls trip with 6 people - 4 teenage girls. I could sit on the patio and watch the girls in the beach. The condo was fabulous and the beds were super comfy. I keep telling all my friends about it. Can’t wait to go back!

  The only bad thing I have to say is that check in was supposed to be at 3, but we was not able to check in until 4:50. So we had to spend that nearly 2 hours sitting in the parking lot with a very unhappy 3 yr old that just wanted to go to the beach. We got no information saying that check in would be delayed either. If check in is going to be after 3, you should notify your guest or not tell them check in is at x time when in reality it is not.

  We loved our stay in this condo! It was beautiful, well kept, and had a very modern/updated feel. Great beach view/access! Our 5 year old was ecstatic about the bunk beds! Highly recommend staying here. If I had to critique one thing, it would be that some of the cookware (pots pans etc) needs replacing due to wear and tear. Otherwise, GREAT!

  My family and I stayed in this condo recently and we loved it! The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything was in great condition, the whole place was very clean, and the kitchen fully stocked; there was even a crockpot and blender. The views from the balcony are amazing!! There was lots of space for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The condo is in a great location with easy access to groceries, shopping and dinning. Beach access is a very short walk across the boardwalk. We had an issue with the tv/cable and liquid life arrived within 30minutes to get it fixed for us. Liquid life also checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was good during our stay. I would definitely stay at this condo again and book through liquid life!

  My family stayed extremely comfortable and the condo. 4 grownups and 2 kids which loved the full-size bunk bed. I am the Aunt that has no kids, but love and spoil all my nieces and grown nephew and niece n law!!! Condo had a huge balcony and awesome sweet view of ocean from beach and swimming pool. It was a very precious time spent with the fam!!!
