As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the spacious and beautifully appointed living area, complete with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. Relax on the sofa and unwind after a day of beach activities, or step outside onto the large balcony and soak in the breathtaking vistas of the Gulf.

The Primary suite boasts a plush King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Enjoy peaceful nights and wake up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore right outside your window.

The second bedroom features a cozy Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and Twin bunks, providing ample sleeping space for your entire group. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows during their stay.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up culinary delights. For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site at Windward Pointe. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to arrival.

  I've stayed at many condo places, the location was perfect not within walking distance of stores but short drives to many restaurants and gift shops. My only complaint would be that this is a condo on the older side, so moldings and paint could be touched up and fixed. A chair arm was broke and the tub didn't drain but as soon as I texted the company someone came to fix these issues- very attentive. Elevator's and hallways were clean, pools were clean. Would stay again.

  We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The location is right on a quiet beach, and the balcony views can't be beat. There was easily enough space for our family to enjoy in the apartment. The only complaints we had the entire time were trivial - the dishwasher didn't lock properly and since a new part had to be ordered, we couldn't use it. We didn't use many dishes the entire time, though. The TV in the third bedroom didn't work, either, but if it had, we wouldn't have gotten the kids out of there, so that was a non-issue for us.
  
  Everything else was ideal. Management was prompt to respond to communications, the condo was clean when we got there, and we enjoyed our whole stay. We'd love to come back someday!

  We enjoyed the condo at 1502. Loved the 3 spacious bedrooms- 2 baths. Wonderful balcony.
  Kitchen had lots of tools to use which was great as well. Dishwasher didnt work but contacted the management agency and they responded right away. Super convenient check in and out. Only downside was that this condo requires you to pay for parking. Never rented a condo before that required that. This condo had access to a beach service which we willingly paid for. LOVED the full size washer and dryer.
  Furniture was outdated, including main bed which was pretty squeeky every time we moved but we didnt really impact our overall stay...just a preference thing.
  Overall, great experience and look forward to coming back to Orange beach. Would definitely rent from liquid life management group again.

  This is a roomy condo on the top floor with great views of the gulf! Easily sleeps 6-8 and is kid friendly. Huge porch with plenty of room to relax/dine and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Easy access to the beach, restaurants/grocery stores and shopping.
