Perched on the 10th floor, this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, ensuring you'll experience the ultimate beach getaway. Step inside and discover the Primary suite, featuring a comfortable King-sized bed and a private bath for added convenience and privacy. The second bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of Full-Over-Full bunks. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone can unwind with their favorite shows after a day of beachside fun. Plus, all mattresses are memory foam, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax and take in the panoramic views of the Gulf. Gather with loved ones on the plush sofas or enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site at Windward Pointe. You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  The communication through Liquid Life was the best that I’ve experienced with a rental company.
  The condo was great but needs some updating. The refrigerator never got really cold. All of the eyes on the stove did not work. The closets were not usable in the bedrooms.

  Not enough towels. No blankets. Washing machine old and didn't work properly. Dryer broken. Toaster was totally missing the bottom part. Stove extremely old. Coil burners were bent sideways and some loose or not connect. Cannot read dial on the knobs because they are worn off. This stove is dangerous and a fore hazard. Dishwasher control is covered up by counter top. Floors so filthy our socks and feet were black. Fold out couch was out of order and was counted as one of the beds.Old bathrooms that need remodeling updating. The only nice thing was the balcony view and beds are comfortable. Not worth the price they are asking.

  This condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured! It is very close to the elevator and the trash chute. It sleeps 12 comfortably. We had an issue with the master bathroom sink not draining and they fixed it within hours. If I take a large group I would definitely stay here again.

  Loved staying at this condo at Windward Pointe! The kitchen was so nice and beds comfortable. Thought is was a three bedrooms with two king beds. Actually had one master and the other bedroom had a queen size bed. You could lie in bed to watch the sunrise and the other bedroom had view of the beach. Parking was great. Was so happy the tennis court had markings for a pickleball court! would likely rent this again if we come back.

  I rented the condo because I was there for my daughters wedding and needed plenty of beds for family. I chose the place for the balcony size and the number of people it slept. None of things disappointed. I loved the location as well. The parking situation is a bit of a let down. acondo that sleeps 12 should have 2 free parking passes and the option to add one more paid spot. The security guards were very nice though. The unit looked and smelled clean but your feet would be black from walking on the floor.

  We fell in love with the balcony and spent most of our inside time there. The water was too rough to actually swim but there were plenty of options for pool and hot tub time. I would definitely recommend this condo.

  Great location for the condo rental with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and state park. Security guard and Liquid Life staff were responsive to our questions. Best restaurants were Cosmos, Bubba's Seafood and Doc's Seafood. Publix is the best place to get groceries.

  Everything was just as seen in the pictures. Amazing large patio right on the water. The furnishings were light and up to date, as well as very comfortable. The location was perfect and the condo itself was really nice. We will definitely be back. Loved having the sturdy wooden full-sized double bunk beds. It was perfect for our two families that had 7 daughters total. Everything was super clean too!
  
  Only suggestions...a few dish towels would be great. Also, I think the unit above us would do their laundry late at night and it caused a pretty loud sound in one of the bedrooms. But we called and Liquid Life said they would check on it so hopefully it's fixed.

  Everything was clean and it’s a modern decor in the unit. The room decor is more up to date than the pictures show online. They have whitewash furniture in the bedrooms and a total of four full size beds in the kid’s room.
