The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two Full-sized beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for up to 10 guests. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

    Vacation rental was satisfactory could’ve been better if the rental company would have fixed The issues we contacted them about numerous times. Broken ceiling fan in the primary bedroom. Maintenance said they would pick up a new fan and replace the fan because it was so old but they never showed up again. We had to go buy a box fan for the room. The freezer leaked. We contacted liquid life three times regarding the leaking freezer. Maintenance came out twice and did not get the freezer repaired. We had to use the limited number of bath towels provided to constantly clean up the leaking freezer. There were several other issues but we just left with those. Felt like they were just placating us but I had no intentions of actually fixing anything. The condo is cute but it is small. The bathrooms are much smaller in person than they appear online. I don’t think that you could actually comfortably fit as many people in the condo as the listing states . The beach was nice and the location is nice .

    Perfect location, right on the beach, loves that there was a dollar general and beach store walking distance across the street. Condo was vert clean! Not as big as I expected from pictures but still plenty of room for my group of 9. Loved the big balcony. The only issue we had was that we weren’t clear on the parking passes and they only give you one pass for a condo that sleeps 10 people and the second parking pass costs $45 also if you have a 3rd vehicle you have to pay an extra $15 per day to park it off site which was a bit inconvenient and money we hadn’t planned on spending. And we couldn’t find sheets for the pull out couch bed, other than those 2 things, it was a perfect experience for our spring break!

    Very nice condo well appointed kitchen was very well stocked could’ve used some more towels and washcloths otherwise very nice despite the 30mph winds and overcast skies had to drive 11/2 hrs to public beach to enjoy the sun but otherwise it was a nice stay; and the security there was awesome!

    This is a great location. White Caps is close to the restaurants we like. The condos around it are of similar size so the beach is not overrun with crowds.

    The second floor is perfect - we had a view but didn't have to use the elevator.

    The condo is comfortable, clean and supplied with everything we needed for cooking. We would go back to this condo again.

    The supplies are very limited. No hand soap - not even a hotel bar size. We had to run out again and buy hand soap. Not sure if this is a COVID thing or Liquid Life is bare-bones on supplies always.

    Our Liquid Life Arrival Team emailed us to see what time we were arriving in town. We planned to arrive 2-3 hours early and make our grocery run, etc. The company replied that they would try to accommodate an early arrival but no promises. Hopeful, we arrived at the condo 45 minutes prior to check-in. Since the condo was on the 2nd floor, we were able to see that it was dark and no one was inside. One hour later we received the entry code. I didn't request an early check in and understand that we are paying for arrival at 3:00. But why email and ask when we would arrive and respond to the email if you have no intention of letting us in until check-in? Not a good practice.

    We enjoyed our week and enjoyed the condo.

      Hi Thomas, Thank you for your review. We take feedback very serious and are always looking for ways to improve. The reason behind the arrivals email is to try and schedule our housekeeping team accordily. If a family is not arriving till late in the evening, we don't want to have that condo be the first one cleaned for the day, we want to send the housekeeper to the condo that has a family arriving at 3PM. When a family checks out at 10AM and a new family is due to check in after 3PM, we have a lot of moving parts that need to happen during that time frame. We want to be be transparent and not make false promises, that is why we don't promise an early check in, but try very hard to make sure scything gets done in time. We apologize for any confusion, but glad to hear you enjoyed your stay.
