  This is the 2nd time we have rented this unit and the 3rd time we’ve rented in this building. The terrace is very large and the views are gorgeous. Comfortable accommodations for six people. Clean condo. Our only complaint is the twin beds in the third bedroom. They need to be replaced. Two low to the ground for adults. We love this unit.

  The condo was very nice and very clean. The view from the balconies were spectacular. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need. The only concern that we had was that there were 6 of us and only a total of 4 bath towels and 4 bath cloths. We were able to wash them, but it did cause some inconvenience for us. Overall, it was a great experience.

  This is our 2nd time at White Caps but the 1st at 1406. We love that the complex is smaller, but we’ll maintained. The pool is a great size... love that.
  The unit was exactly what we needed for a family of 6. Kitchen very well stocked as we cooked a couple of nights during our June stay. The balcony is amazing. Enough room for all of us to be out there and still be comfortable. Lastly, the location is right in the middle of restaurants, groceries and even a Dollar Store right across the street for last minute or forgotten things. We will be back for sure!!

  Amazing experience. We enjoyed everything about White Caps - 1406. We loved the location, the huge patio, and how well everything was so clean. The beach personal were so friendly and helpful as well. We can't wait to stay again and make it our new summer family tradition. One thing to consider, many visitors leave their shoes on the ramp leading to the beach. My daughter's crocs were taken. So take your shoes to the beach with you.

  Although this was not our first choice on where to stay, it was way more then we ever expected. We had to change our location due to construction being done on the condo we originally booked, and Kathy with liquid life found this White Caps condo for our family and it was amazing. The views were breath taking, although being 14 floors from the ground the sound of the waves hitting the beach was very pleasing to sit on the wrap around balcony and enjoy. Restaurants and shopping was right there within walking distance. The condo itself was big enough to fit our family of 7, very clean and decorated very well. When we plan out next family beach vacation this will definitely be a place we would stay again. And the friendliness of the staff at liquid life was over the top. Not only did Kathy help us with finding the perfect condo she also suggested things to do ( dolphins cruise is a must if you ever stay here) she also suggest Restaurants to eat at. Which was very helpful since this was our first time here. Over ally family would rate this family vacation a 10/10.

  White Caps 1406 did not disappoint!! Although I must say the pictures did not do it justice, it was even better than I expected. 😊 The light tones definitely made this condo feel very spacious. The choice of beach decor was perfect. Having carpet in the living room and bedrooms definitely made it more comfortable. This condo was my family’s perfect feeling of our beach vacation, home away from home.
