Situated on the 12th floor, this exquisite 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts a private wrap-around balcony accessible from every bedroom, providing the perfect vantage point to admire the beauty of Orange Beach and the mesmerizing Gulf waters.

The Primary suite is a tranquil haven, featuring a plush King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV for entertainment, and direct access to the balcony. Relax in style and wake up to breathtaking sunrise views over the horizon.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two Full-sized beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for your family or group. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for added convenience.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up culinary delights. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Got a message before check in this property was a total non smoking condo you had to walk all the way to street to smoke. Upon arrival unloaded car came down to a warning on windshield because we did not put guest pass in windshield yet which had only taken about 20 minutes in room security said car would be towed if we didn’t get it in there he was rude and very disrespectful had eyes on us the entire time spoke with many other guest that were getting warnings about silly stuff he was even shining flashlight on guest balconies

  Very pleased with Liquid Life Rentals for the easiest check in/check out experience ever. Condo was nice and the perfect amount of room for 4 adults and 4 children. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Each bedroom has a door leading to the wrap around balcony. My only complaint was a loose door handle leading out to the back balcony, as well as a broken chair on the balcony. Conveniently located close to shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, and restaurants. Great location! Will stay again!

  It was a great vacation! The room had a fantastic view of the beach (one of our favorite amenities), easy access to the beach, a nice clean room, and wonderful kitchen with up to date appliances! However something's that we thought could use some improvement was the shower drain in the master bedroom did not drain properly. There was also some confusion about how many cars were covered for a parking pass in the package. Other than those small bumps our stay was great and we are looking forward to staying there again!

  White Caps 1206 was a lovely unit on the far right of the building... SO a hugh balcony on the gulf side and the west side. WE have stayed in the White Caps for years and the location on the beach and in the area is perfect. You will enjoy your stay !

  It was an easy no contact check-in to a beautiful west end corner unit. The unit is decorated well and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. The only disappointment was the small bathrooms and only 4 washcloths for a unit that sleeps 6 to 8. Positives were a large balcony, tile floors throughout, and a large well appointed kitchen. Issues: Only one elevator working all week with construction workers & renters using it. Then both elevators were down on check-out. Not fun carrying luggage & cooler down 12 stories of stairs! Outside hot tub down & construction on east end of building.
