Two additional elegantly appointed bedrooms offer plush accommodations for your guests. The second bedroom features another inviting King bed, while the third bedroom boasts two comfortable Queen beds. With a sofa sleeper in the living area, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  The condo was beautiful and would definitely stay here again.. IF the hot tub is working. Everything was perfect except the hot tub did not work. My boyfriend works out of the country, so our time is very limited. He came in for a quick visit. After searching several places and looking over the forecast that called for rain, the hot tub was the key feature that made me choose this condo over several beautiful ones at cheaper rates. I called maintenance the first day, and they came promptly. The next day, the response was sorry the part we need is in China, and it is out of our hands. If I had known that I would have chosen a different condo or complex. It was very frustrating to have paid for an amenity that was not available. Other than that, I have no complaints at all. The place was beautiful, management responded quickly. I would recommend this condo if all featured amenities were in working order. I would suggest management make sure everything is working before renting the condo. It was very misleading and disappointing.

  From the moment we walked in until the time we left, we had an A++ experience at this condo. It is well-maintained from the fixtures to the floors,to the contents. The beds were very comfortable, perfect for adults, as well as for children. The kitchen was well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and pots, pans and utensils. We enjoyed the private hot tub and grill on our balcony and the lazy river was lots of fun. We need to shout out to the wonderful service received as well as the delicious food and coctails served on the grounds. We could not ask for a better location and the amenities were fabulous! We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. It is perfect for families and groups of all ages.
