CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  Unit was super clean and how so many amenities. Did not want to go home! Had a problem with the hot tub not working, but one text and a maintenance man was there and had it running in no time. I will go through Liquid Life again for this unit. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful! Even down to the cleaning ladies as we left!

  Condo was awesome. Had some maintenance issues that were quickly looked into but never resolved or communicated after first maintenance visit. Ice machine never worked and the kitchen sink leaked into the cabinet and sometimes on the floor. But overall a great place.

  Overall very good. Liquid life is excellent to work with! The are always available and helpful when you call.
  The facility was almost perfect. We would have loved a pool for babies/toddlers or at least a splash pad. The room was very clean and well furnished. Our only issue was the room with two full beds had a very squeaky mattress.

  Fantastic condo right on the beach and close to everything. Spacious floorplan with a large balcony. Hot tub and BBQ pit on patio. The condo has covered parking, several pools, a heated pool, lazy river, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, and pool side cabanas. Due to the weather we were often in fog or a cloud most mornings and nights. It was a cool experience and the fog/cloud burned off every day.

  This is our 2nd time to stay at TP. You can’t beat the amenities this place offers. We have younger kids (9 & under) so having different options for fun is a plus! Liquid Life was proactive in their communications with us and made it super easy to check in and check out. The only two negatives: the outside grill needs the exterior buttons replaced (we had two fireballs occur while grilling because we couldn’t read the settings) and the outdoor hot tub had mildew on the cushion surfaces and the lights didn’t work. These two minor flaws pale in comparison to the amazing time we had on the beach, in the pools and the lazy river!
