The great room features a 75-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. To enhance your experience, the condo is equipped with a Sonos music system. Simply download the app for individual control and create the perfect ambiance for your stay.

It features a private grill and hot tub, the perfect setting for enjoying evenings under the stars, complemented by stunning views. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit does not allow monthly rentals.

  This condo was just gorgeous. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Loved the balcony with the beautiful
  Views. Checkin was okay. Got several different emails on where to check in and each one gave me a different location. One elevator was down when we moved in but the wait was not too terribly long. Would certainly recommend this condo.

  We usually stay at Turquoise Place 2-3 times a year. This condo was by far the best one we have ever rented. We were there during Christmas. The extra touch with the cute little Christmas trees was very appreciated! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor was exquisite!!   My family rented this unit in August 2021 for our back to school vacation. This unit is exactly how it is pictured and absolutely gorgeous. The space was just what we needed for family time plus some alone time. The until was clean and well stocked. My husband was in love with the ice maker. Property is in a great location with a beautiful beach. The pool and pool bar were perfect. The pool bar was actually one of our favorite lunch spots. Good food and fast service. The addition of a few items would make this even better. Items to bring or purchase: beach towels, boogie boards, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toliet paper. There are beach chairs in the unit but it is alot to carry.

  This unit is located on 28th floor out of 30 floors. Gorgeous views of the gulf. Listen to the ocean from the living room and master bedroom! High ceilings, very spacious and roomy for our family of four. Modern appliances and furnishings. We all slept well in the beds. Bring your own beach towels. Underground parking is great! as there was “baseball size” hail storm early in the morning here while we slept! Driving proximity to restaurants, convenient stores, gift shops. This rental building has lazy river, indoor pool, gym, and convenient walk to the clean, white sandy beach with outdoor hoses to wash off the sand as you enter back into the building. We really enjoyed our stay here! We would love to return in the future!

  This condo is amazing!! High end decor and very large. You will not find a nicer condo to stay in and we have been coming to this area for 40 years. Very comfortable furnishing as well. If you plan to cook, this kitchen has it all, along with nice wet bar with wine frig, ice machine and nice stemware. Very spacious balcony with small hot tub, large table and chairs, a very comfortable 2 person lounge and nice bbq grill.

  We were very pleased with this unit. Turquoise Place is the best condo on the Gulf Coast. We’ve stayed at TP for New Year’s for the last 6 years in the same unit, but this year our usual unit was unavailable. We booked this one and we fell in love with it. The decor is fantastic.
