CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  Unit was very clean, spacious and well furnished. Negatives were no hand soap in the restrooms or kitchen, grill didn’t seem to function properly and mattresses slept just ok - you can almost see and certainly feel the craters from past guests. We’ve stayed at Turquoise Place several times and love the property. Overall great stay, could be better for the price, better quality toilet paper and hand soap would make a difference. Also the grill not working properly made our grilling time about twice as long as it should have been. The unit above us must have had a lot of guests while we were there, their hot tub overflowed and was dripping onto our balcony. We notified guest services and we think they handled it.
