PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Overall it was a good trip. The condo was a little dated. When we walked in the condo felt like it needed to be cleaned. Luckily we brought lysol wipes. We felt that we needed to wipe everything down before moving out stuff in for a couple days. We also went to the local walmart and bought bleach spray and cleaned the showers/kitchen. For the price we payed I don't feel we needed to have to clean. The condo needs a fresh coat of paint and a good deep clean. Overall, after we cleaned up and wiped everything down, it was a good trip. Balcony and access to beach was the best part.

  The rental condo was in an excellent location. The view was wonderful. The condo was a nice size.
  I was dissatisfied with the living room furniture and the bed. The couch and one chair were very uncomfortable. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. The place needs better furniture.
  The unit also needs to be painted and the ceiling in the one bathroom fixed.
  The utensil and silverware drawer were so dirty I washed everything before using it.

  This unit needs ALOT of cleaning, repairs, painting, and updating. The pictures do not match what the inside really is. For what this rental cost my family for 5 days, it should have been a lot nicer. The furniture is broke down, it had pieces missing, it was just awful!
