Welcome to Tidewater 802, your Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach where relaxation meets luxury. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers everything you need for a memorable vacation by the Gulf. Located on the 8th floor, Tidewater 802 boasts stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, allowing you to unwind to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

Step inside to discover tile floors throughout the unit, creating a cool and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living room provides access to the balcony, where you can soak in the panoramic views of the coastline. Relax on the comfortable sofa sleeper and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

The Primary bedroom features a cozy Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath, offering a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Step out onto the balcony directly from the Primary bedroom and savor the fresh breeze.

In the guest room, two Twin beds provide comfortable accommodations for additional guests, along with a flat-screen TV. Guests have access to the hall bath for added convenience.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite dishes. And with a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, you can keep your beachwear fresh and clean throughout your stay.

At Tidewater, immerse yourself in the scenic splendor of sugar-white sandy beaches and the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  Liquid Life is always a joy to work with. I have never had any complaints when booking through them.
  My family usually stays in 1102, but that unit was unavailable this year. I'll try for next year!
  I booked 802 based on the pictures alone. The condo was nice, just as the pictures showed. However, it could use some TLC. The furniture is cute, but not very comfortable. An ottoman or two would have been nice. The balcony furniture was fine if you were going to eat out there, but for lounging and enjoying the beach, that was not the furniture for that activity, for me anyway. I will stay in 802 if 1102 is unavailable. But I will always use Liquid Life and stay at the Tidewater.
