Perched on the 12th floor, Tidewater 1201 offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. Let the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore lull you into a state of tranquility as you unwind on your private balcony.

The Primary suite is a haven of comfort and luxury, featuring a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy stunning Gulf vistas. Indulge in the private Primary bath, complete with a rejuvenating Jacuzzi tub, a double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a restful retreat with a Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and convenient access to the hall bath. Meanwhile, the third bedroom boasts its own Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bath, and access to a North-facing balcony offering picturesque views of Cotton Bayou.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, which features elegant granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet dinner or brewing your morning coffee, you'll find everything you need for culinary convenience.

In the spacious living room, unwind on the comfortable seating and enjoy quality time with loved ones. With two sofa sleepers equipped with memory foam mattresses, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and rejuvenate after a day of beachside adventures.

At Tidewater, immerse yourself in the scenic splendor of sugar-white sandy beaches and the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Did not get to check in until 5:15 PM. Arrived and the cleaners still cleaning. Did not get to use our rental until 6:00PM. Unit had dust, light bulbs out, mold in jucuzzi jets, and pull out couch was broke.

  This is a great condo! It’s on the top (12th) floor, corner unit! The place was up to date and very nice! We really enjoyed that the unit had a front and back balconies.   We stayed for 31 days/nights. We had an excellent stay. We walked out onto the beach as we desired. We were 5 minutes from walking trails when desired. We used the gym twice when weather prevented beach or trail walking. Restaurants are close with one directly across the street. 3 bedroom 3 bath provided all the space needed for the us two couples to use and enjoy. View from balcony was excellent. Furnishings and appliances are all in good shape.

  We three sisters were on our annual vacation. Sally caused a disruption by evacuating us after the second day. Sally wasn't our issue though. There was no one in management on the property to talk to at any time. I only received an email to leave the property as soon as possible, after the hurricane. There was no water or electricity. We were left to get all our belongings down the stairs from the 12th floor. We are all three age 50 and older. There was no management to be reached by phone for assistance. Just very disappointed in management, not the hurricane itself.
  We'd like to either get a refund or be able to finish the other 4 nights of our week purchased. Please contact me when possible. Thank you.
