Tastefully updated, gulf front, family sized, 1BR/1BA with built-in hallway bunk beds and tile throughout. Tidewater has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, brick paved exterior hallways and a climate controlled first floor lobby. This is your opportunity to get the amenities of a 3BR building at a 1BR price point. Unit 103 is actually a second floor unit as the ground level of the building is the indoor lobby. This means you have direct views of the beach and gulf from your unit and balcony. This also means you only have to go up/down one flight of stairs and can avoid the elevator traffic entirely during busy seasons. Granite counters in the kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliance package. Updated bathroom featuring a walk-in tiled shower with rainfall shower head. Zekes and Shrimp Basket are directly across the street, as well as both a donut and ice-cream shop.

The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Condo was perfect for 2 people. Location was convenient. Usually stay in Gulf Shores but pleasantly surprised with Orange Beach. Condo had the basic necessities and everything was in working order. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

  Perfect place to stay for just two people, maybe can do 4 but it’s a tight place. Perfect location, it’s near just about anything you could want. Right on the beach which was great! Only a few issues, the master needs black out curtains, the outside hall light shines directly into the master and it’s super bright. There was a pull down blind but not enough coverage to actually get it dark. The kitchen sink doesn’t have hot water and the front door lock looks like it’s been kicked in or something. There’s wood missing around the lock and i couldn’t get it to lock all the way but that could just be user error but idk. Other than that, loved it! Will definitely be back! Very clean and cozy! Very easy check in and check out process!

  We had a great time staying at Tidewater 103! It was a very cute and well decorated place and close to everything! The complex was very clean and safe!
