Welcome to The Palms 614, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo located on the 6th floor in the scenic Orange Beach. This splendid retreat is the perfect setting for your much-needed vacation, where you can unwind to the rhythmic sounds of the waves.

As you step into the Primary suite, you are greeted with a luxurious King bed and a flat-screen TV, creating an ideal private haven for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring two cozy Queen beds. Additionally, a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room expands the accommodation capacity of this unit to 8 guests, ensuring comfort for your entire group or family.

The living room opens up to a huge private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and an idyllic spot to enjoy the breeze. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee or toasting to the sunset, this balcony is set to become your favorite spot.

The condo is equipped with a full array of modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary exploits, tile floors throughout for a sleek look, and essential appliances like a washer and dryer. Stay connected and entertained with free WiFi access throughout your stay.

The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.

  Peaceful Paradise. The views were incredible. We came into the area early and they happily sent us the code as soon as the unit was cleaned and available. We had 2 minor issues with maintenance that was needed and they sent someone to our condo within the hour to have those items repaired (on a Saturday afternoon). Great service!

  We loved staying in this condo! We were able to go straight to the condo with our key check in! The unit is right at the elevators and there never was a wait or crowd...most of the time it was just us on the elevator and it was the week of the 4th of July! The unit was clean and very spacious!! Loved the layout! The balcony is large and the walk from the condo to the sand is short! Also great location as it's very close to Publix grocery store and lots of restaurants and shops. My only draw backs were minor. There was no Keurig (they did have a coffee maker), we couldn't get the DVD players to work (one just wouldn't work and the other was missing a DVD remote), and because of the angle of the complex and being between two larger condos you couldn't see some of the sunrise and sunset. Minor issues really, though! I definitely highly recommend this unit! We would stay again!!!
